Focus on OORT DataHub Launch

Max Li, OORT's CEO and founder, kicked off the town hall by spotlighting our upcoming launch of OORT DataHub. He described OORT DataHub as one of the company's core products, designed to tackle transparency in AI dataset collection and labeling. 

The OORT ecosystem is built to cover every stage of AI development, from data collection and labeling to model training and deployment, making it a comprehensive solution for AI companies.

Partnerships and Market Strategy

Max also highlighted our partnerships, including a significant collaboration with the Shenzhen Data Exchange, China's largest data exchange, where OORT DataHub will be listed. Another key partnership is with the National Science Foundation's eCAT center, which connects us with leading scientific research centers and universities. Our goal is to bring decentralized AI solutions to the forefront, fostering transparency and trust in AI technologies.

Meet Dinuka and His Strategic Vision

We introduced a new team member, Dinuka, who brings a strong background in quantitative trading with experience at Ripple and GSR. Dinuka laid out his strategy for growing OORT's liquidity and achieving a tier-one listing on major exchanges. His plan focuses on improving our tokenomics, expanding the community, boosting DEX liquidity, and securing more exchange listings—all aimed at sustainable growth and building a robust foundation for OORT.

Mike's Update on Asia Tour and Community Engagement

OORT Chairman Mike Robinson shared insights from his recent Asia tour, which included key conferences in Shenzhen, WebX, and Korea Blockchain Week. We've forged strong partnerships and are building a presence in global markets across the US, Europe, and Asia. Mike emphasized the importance of community engagement, noting our upcoming participation in Token 2049, where we’ll continue to solidify our global presence.

Community Q&A Highlights

During the Q&A, Dinuka explained how Ripple used XRP escrow to tackle supply challenges and how his strategies could be applied to OORT to enhance its market performance and build community trust.

Regarding the compliance challenges for DataHub in China, OORT plans to launch two versions in the future: a crypto version for Web3 users and one version tailored to Chinese regulations for Web2 users. This plan is still under discussion.
